PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Miro Jewelers accepts payment in credit cards, debit cards, personal check, money order, cashier’s check, certified bank check or wire transfer.

Debit Card: Any

Wire Transfers: If you wish to place your order via wire transfer, you order must be $250 or more.

You are responsible for any wire transfer fee that is imposed by your bank to do the wire Checks, Money Orders (Sent through the mail)

Please Note: If you pay by personal check, business check, money order, cashier’s check, or certified bank check, your order will be delayed since we must wait for receipt of the check and for the funds to clear before we can ship your merchandise. Paying by any of the above methods typically delays your order about 7 business days from the day we receive your check. Dishonored checks will be assessed a fee of $30.00.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

At Miro Jewelers we truly value our customers and therefore we provide free shipping with every purchase! Unless specified, we will ship via FedEx.

All items that we ship are sent fully insured at no additional cost to you. All of our items are shipped in beautiful gift boxes.For your security, your merchandise will not be delivered without a signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please make sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. We are not able to ship items to P.O. Boxes. We provide rush delivery at an additional charge. That charge will be computed and added at the time of placing the order.

Delivery typically arrives within 48 hours, with business days being Monday thru Friday, 10am to 6pm mountain standard time.

Please Note: For your convenience when using your credit card, Miro Jewelers can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your financial institution.

RETURN POLICY:

All returns must be accompanied by the proof of purchase, diamond certificates, gem reports, and all other original shipping papers and packaging. All sales are final on custom work, special orders, personalized or engraved items and cannot be returned.

At Miro Jewelers we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Prior to returning any merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling us at 303.393.8881, to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid (via Federal Express, UPS or U.S. Mail – Registered Delivery), and insured for the full purchase price to:

Please Note: Returned merchandise will be inspected by Miro Jewelers prior to issuance of refunds. You will receive an email notification that the return process has begun. Any returned merchandise must be in it’s original condition, undamaged and unused. The security tag must be in place and intact. We are not able to accept any jewelry item for return that has any indication that it has been used, damaged, or that does not have the original tags attached (has not been removed at any time).

WARRANTY POLICY:

Miro Jewelers guarantees your absolute and complete satisfaction with every purchase you make. All jewelry comes with a one year guarantee against any manufacturers’ defects that compromise the integrity of the structure of the jewelry.

Because of our extensive involvement in creating jewelry from ideas and concepts, and because of our willingness to stand behind everything we sell, we have to come to know the difference between “fine jewelry”, that will stand the test of time, and what is considered “common” or “commercial” jewelry, that is poorly crafted, and basically, doomed to fail in a short time.

We look closely at things that make up the entire piece of jewelry, whether it is purchased from a manufacturer or is made in our very own shop, such as the thickness of the shank, the quality of the metals involved, the quality of the clasp, and the proper setting of the stones.

We carefully inspect the quality of the gemstones used in each piece of fine jewelry that we sell. While we rarely have problems with our jewelry, if there is any question about any piece you buy from us, we will do whatever it takes to make it right. We understand that sometimes things happen. We want to take care of any problems that happen due to our mistake.

There is wear and tear on a piece of jewelry every time you wear it, and it is a good idea to have all of your jewelry checked every six months. By doing this, you will decrease your chances of losing stones, having a link break on a bracelet, lose the entire piece due to a loose clasp, or anything else that could happen with your jewelry.

At our discretion we will repair or replace the item that is under guarantee, unless the warranty is out of date by a manufacturer’s warranty. If for any reason the item in question has been updated or discontinued, Miro Jewelers, at its option, will offer a replacement with a similar item or issue a store credit towards another in stock item of equal or greater value. Any items that display damage due to abuse or misuse will not be covered under the warrantee. Work performed on Miro Jewelers jewelry by anyone other than us will void any and all warranties, expressed or implied.

Jewelry is susceptible to damage and loss, and Miro Jewelers recommends that you get jewelry insurance on pieces that you may not be able to replace. If you have homeowner’s insurance, you might want to check to see if your jewelry is currently covered or if you need to add insurance for your jewelry.
