At Miro Jewelers We Want You To Be Completely Satisfied With Your Purchase. If For Any Reason You Need To Return Or Exchange Your Jewelry With In 7 Days Of Purchase (In New Condition) To The Purchaser On File In The Same Form As Original Payment. Some Exclusions May Apply. Custom Jewelry, Designer Jewelry, Special Orders, Jewelry That Has Been Modified, Sized Or Engraved Cannot Be Returned.

All Returns Must Be Accompanied By The Proof Of Purchase, Diamond Certificate, Gem Report, And All Other Original Shipping Documentation And Packaging. Returned Merchandise Will Be Inspected By Miro Jewelers Prior To Issuance Of Refunds. You Will Receive An Email Notification That The Return Process Has Begun. Any Returned Merchandise Must Be In Its Original Condition, Undamaged And Unused. The Security Tag Must Be In Place And Intact. We Are Not Able To Accept Any Jewelry Item For Return That Has Any Indication That It Has Been Used, Damaged, Or That Does Not Have The Original Tags Attached (Has Not Been Removed At Any Time).
