At Miro Jewelers we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Prior to returning any merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling us at:303.393.8880, to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
All returns must be accompanied by the proof of purchase, diamond certificates, gem reports, and all other original shipping papers and packaging.
All sales are final on custom work, special orders, personalized or engraved items and cannot be returned.
Returned merchandise will be inspected by Miro Jewelers prior to issuance of refunds. You will receive an email notification that the return process has begun. Any returned merchandise must be in it's original condition, undamaged and unused. The security tag must be in place and intact. We are not able to accept any jewelry item for return that has any indication that it has been used, damaged, or that does not have the original tags attached (has not been removed at any time).
Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid (via Federal Express, UPS or U.S. Mail - Registered Delivery), and insured for the full purchase price to:
